Course Evaluation Form

The Course Evaluation Form allows an instructor or learning institution to gather feedback from students regarding their courses. The form covers a variety of areas that are important in being able to teach effectively. The survey asks for insight into such topics as course organization, grading techniques and the quality of materials.
